Yes, this is an early Panna film- also known as
-2 Nuk Soo Poo Ying Yai -2 Men Known By All -Kickboxer King (in which they added an unrelated sub-plot of white guys fighting badly) Like most early Panna films, don't watch it for the plot or the filmmaking. There are a lot of quality stunts in this film- lots of contact hits, lots of craziness (4-5 guys fall off a truck Police Story style, but almost ontop of each other). The fighting style is a little inconsistent- some fights are more choreography based while others are more stunt based. Some of the hand to hand fighting has cool stunts but sloppy technique. Also some boring gun shooting scenes (and I like gun scenes, but I don't think Panna does them very well). |
