Here's one of those moves I never thought i'd be able to do, then it makes total sense. Big thanks to Ray and Ed for helping me get the foundations necessary to perform it.

Yeah, I saw this. Congrats.
Oooo, but I didn't see the back tuck tiger. Very impressive, too. Nice job all around, Shaun. |

Yeah that's actually a very good back tuck. You can really tell because you're landing almost exactly where you took off which is perfect. With more
practice your height will get better and it'll look fantastic. Good job!

Nice work on getting this move Shaun. It truly is about 90% mental and the rest is physical. I'll give you some feedback on it though.
You're killing your height and rotation byt stopping your arms halfway. To do this move 100% you need to swing those arms all the way up and back until you feel you can't stretch anymore. To see what I mean try simply standing up and throwing your arms up and back as hard as you can. That's the feeling you want to get. The actual tuck itself was very nice. It looked like you got it very tight (maybe you could get a little tighter). That's what allowed you to rotate as fast as you did and land fairly high even though you didn't complete the arm motion. It looks like the jump you got there allowed you to rotate at just below you own head height... then again some of these ther guys have seen you do more and Eric seems to think you're getting great height so I don't know as much as they do about you. Anyway, if you were looking for any tips of comments on your form there you go. If you didn't want to hear anybody criticising you form then please ignore the post above! Good work though man, this can be a really tough move for people to get. |
