I was filming my scene for my final.... it's a scene where I have to make a scene 2 different ways.... anyways.... we needed the Mercy Hospital parking garage due to it being the only thing near to a rooftop in Redding. I noticed the Stunt People filmed Transaction 2 there so I thought it wouldn't be a problem but I called CHP and Mercy security to let them know what I was doing especially since a fake gun was needed so I didn't want to raise a panic. Talked to both and they were both ok with it. Especially the security guard he just said "you aren't planning to jump off it right?" obviously I said no... then he said "have fun." So filming goes fine but only had enough time to finish the 1st scene..... So today I needed to finish my second so we make the same calls.... I talk to the same security guard clearly identifying myself from the other week before and this time he says it's too risky for the hospital (risky... it's just a dialogue scene) and instead tells me to call Comunity Relations.... my buddy Tyler calls and all they do it put us on hold and it gets nowhere... which is bullshit because if I had permission before why couldn't I get it one more time to finish the damn thing.... instead we had to surcome to a half ass location that wasn't even close to what we needed but at this point I needed the grade so it's all I could do. After seeing Eric's journal on Transaction 2 it's relieving to know you had the same problems in this god forsaken town!!!!! God I hate locations!!!!!!!!!
