MESSING with it like mad!! hhahaha. Did the best i could. So tell me guys what's your comments...on everything.

Very good, I really liked this.
The sound is amazing by the way, you really feel the atmosphere, some nice moves in there and the camera angles are on the whole good. The pace of the fight is also decent. It's not super fast but I don't always think that super speed is the best and this is fast enough for me not to complain. Nice work!

Hermmmmmm, I feel like this is a bit of a step down from your previous 2 fights, which were stellar, for the most part. A lot of the moves in this fight feel
a bit sloppy, and the reactions in certain cases don't sell as well as they could. There's a pretty big problem with moves sticking after they are
thrown (just holding like a punch out even after it's been blocked or after it hits something), and a lot of the punches that miss are clearly thrown
overhead. The intensity is still there, but without some refining of the movements, it won't be as convincing as it could be.
Keep it up though man! Your work's been pretty solid since you joined the board, and I'm sure it can only get better! For a first timer, this guy's performance is pretty damn good! |

Hi all, Choon here!
I'd pretty much agree with what Mk67 said, which was kinda what I expected. With talents like Chee Hong and Michelle (Test Fight #2), it's pretty much impossible for TJ and I to top that. Kinda like asking someone to eat vanilla-flavoured ice-cream after they've had Cookies & Cream. Still, considering that I feel uncomfortable seeing myself fight, I didn't think it was that bad. |

Yo Choon!! Welcome to the board.
Like MK 46 said, u and TJ will be improve in due time. The main idea for the test fights we are doing almost everyweek, is to see how each of us perform on screen. We all have weakness to work on. So, in our practise session later on, we drill more on our weakness. cheers, HOng. |

Ok, so first off, welcome to the boards Choon!
and also Chong, its MK 67 NOT 46, haha. But anyways on to the critique... I agree with what Jon said, and that while the intensity and overall edits and angles were fantastic and well done, the FLOW of the fight was very skewed, which means that it felt like too many slight pauses in between reactions and choreo. I think there is definitely alot of good points and both TJ and Choon can portray reactions and intensity well, but you really need to have them sell the movements. Again, being able to do rhythm and timing is meaningless if your moves dont look like their selling. I do understand its their first time, and don't get me wrong, its not like I didn't enjoy it. I still think it was a good piece of work, but of course things can get better. You shouldn't view your mistakes or what you need to work on as "weaknesses" but merely attributes that you wish to refine and make better. Everyone has their good and bad points and its up to you as a performer to enhance, utilize, and show off the good points, while hiding the bad. There are little things to say about the whole fight in general, but I won't because its their first fight, and plus I'm sure both can see what went great and what went wrong, plus with Chong looking after it, he can tell too. You guys are keeping up really good work, so keep doing so! It will only get better and even for this, this is not a bad intro at all. Good job to everyone! I look forward to the next video. Manny |

Hey there, Manny! (Loved Mysteries of Time & Space, btw)
One issue for me is that Test Fight 2 & 3 pretty much set the bar pretty high when it came to TJ and I doing our thing. I don't think I can move as fast or pull off moves like those that came before us. Then again, I AM aware that this one didn't exactly highlight what I can do best (i.e. flexibility and maybe some Capo moves). I'm generally very careful when thinking thoughts like "improving in the future" since I'm already 28 years old, not exactly a spring chicken no more. Then again, I'm not exactly an optimist either. Maybe I'm taking this a bit too seriously as well, but to know this, I think we should know what Chee Hong really wants to take our team to in the end (i.e. fun? fame? fortune?). I do admit that a couple of times since we started, I wondered what's the whole point to all this. Choon |

Ya #2 was good. This was alright but the punching definitely needs some work. The kicks looked great though.

Was this sped up? Because the moves looked a little unnatural. Some kicks were nice but a lot of the punches need more emotion... yes you guys are yelling...
but there's a bit more to it. I liked some of the camerawork.

Hmm! Nice one Hong~!
Good energy and good flow in the editing! I liked the kicking and the little bits of humor. Facial expressions were good! (something that is very often overlooked) Keep up the good work! greetings Elwin 'got my own action figure' Rijken ![]() |
