it covers just about everything involving fighting. It&#39;s a whole lot different compared to what I learned in TKD and I like it. We sparred on my first day
and was interesting to use more of a variety of techniques like grabbing, sweeping, and other moves besides the regular old punching and kicking to certain

The other day I was watching the roof top fight from Jackie chan&#39;s who am I, and when I saw Smoorenburg do the standing spilts I melted.  I&#39;ve been
told that just stretching will get me there, but I&#39;ve about maxed splits flexibility out.  I think muscular strength is required but I&#39;m not sure how
to build muscle for that.  any suggestions?

I was watching various movie fight scenes on that new fangled youtube, and I started thinking:  what really makes a good fight scene?  Are there things that
must be done in order to use make the scene look effective.  Another reason I&#39;m asking is because I have trained in combative arts, and only done forms a
few times.  I am having real trouble making my fight scenes look good.  Any advice would be helpful.
